From my previous posts you have realized how pissed I was. Well, I installed Linux, and now I'm reinstalling windows on the second partition. This is the second day in a row that I've had to reinstall in windows (making it a grand total of 6 reinstalls); problems with windows is that it doesn't detect my P4HT processor so it automatically assumes it has no cache (aka celeron), keeps on freezing, coz the processor picks up things in the cache and the setup has no clue where it went  winxp won't detect my WNIC card, audio card, video card, modem (not that i need it), built in NIC card, or my 1334 hook up. did linux have any problems.... no.
Linux - 10!
Windows - 0 and going down fast!
Reinstalling windows

btw: can you install windows on a second partition? I dont think so because it needs to write to the mbr. What you need to do is call Microsoft and wait on hold... then !@#$ :-)

dannyboii it does happen, windows saw my 2.4 ghz p4 as like 500 mhz and saw like only 1/3 of my ram. I had to wait like 2 weeks for a security patch.
