Is it allowed on the Regents? Because they have special algebra and geometry apps that have formulas and do everything for you and you can't delete it.

it's not and here a few features that make it the perfect cheating device:
prime factorization, 13mb of ram (for dictonaries), mods, a function that automatically finds roots for any equation degree (includes all steps), it has a vector graphic update (allowing you to play 3d games + it can help with a lot of graph problems)

what about the TI-89 isnt that better than TI-84 silver?

Yes TI-89 is much better. That's why it's not allowed on the SAT, ACT, etc. as well.

What are you taling about, man? The Ti-89 and 84 are allowed on the PSAT, SAT and APs. Get the info straight.
