Fellow, Electrical major guys, hacker wannabes, and programmers

Getting back to the point, my site, http://scriptblue.kicks-a**.org (i'll get a .com name eventually) hosts a whole bunch of forums. However due to the request of a couple of my colleagues some of the users and forums are hidden. The site will shortly have a whole bunch of tutorials, which I am currently finishing up for my club. The site will also host, my major's forum and the programming part of the robotics team :D.
just in case you are a bum and don't want to read my paragraph, here's the link, http://scriptblue.kicks-a**.org

How about saying why you don't like the idea rather than that?

EDIT: I edited the IP and location out of your post, Script. Don't post others' personal information on a public forum, please.
But today you just read that the man was shot dead

I said it is ok as long as there is stuff to look at in the site and currently there is nothing worth looking at this point.

Note if we get the gist that you use your site to attack others by obtaining their IP address, we will take down this thread.

btw, i no what the joke meant... mr collumn raises his arm and aims it at you then says "boom!" and mimics recoils aka getting shot at :D

Basically you used to make a site exceed its bandwidth limit.

I'm not quite sure if I know what you're talking about. Well, you can DOS any site, but then you leave your IP and MAC address all over the DOS.

But if you spoof your source ip the connection will never be created so the server won't be sending out anything more then acks which will never reach a real destination. That's not a lot of data.
