Since my computer had shut down on me so often before (Ie. Freezes and blue screen shows up about an error) So I figured my answer was in Reformatting my computer. I did all the directions and I've successfully reformatted-er, maybe. It works, but it seems to give me a few problems.
A few?
-Gives me a warning and a timer, saying the computer would shut down in so and so seconds, and to please save all work.
-Internet browser freaks out on me and freezes so often, even if i've done nothing to it. It's like i've been stressing it out even though i haven't?
- Surprising slow, my computer wasn't THIS slow to begin with. Now, it takes me forever to do ANYTHING!
-When I click Start and then "Shut Down" It doesn't exactly er, shut down. It gives me the "Log out" or "Switch Usernames" Box instead. If i click Shut Down just a few minutes after i've restarted the computer it might work but otherwise, when i'm stuck and need to manually restart.
what am i missing? What do you think i should do or did i miss something when re-installing all my sound cards etc etc?
Thanks =]

From your descriptions, there are many possible causes. Next time you get BSOD's, get down the (cryptic) descriptions and try googling it. I'll number my response in the same order you describe your symptoms.
1. Does that happen when you are online? If so, you're infected with the MsBlast or some similar virus... So far, that's the only case where I've experienced something like what you've described.
2. It can be anything from BIOS-level to O/S level misconfiguration. It can also arise from hardware conflicts... Too broad a topic... Pass.
3. Try scanning your computer for Viruses, Spywares and if both doesn't help. Try defragging your HD.
4. If this bothers you so much, next time, go to "Start", "Run", and type in "shutdown -s -t 0" (without quotes). Hell, you can also make a desktop shortcut with that. FYI, the "s" switch is for shut down and the "t" switch is for time in seconds, which in the example is set to 0 second, so immediate shutdown.
Seems like your problem can arise from so many places

Well you said something about your computer saying that it would shut down in so and so minutes. I had that on my computer, I believe that it is called the sasser worm. If the message pops up when you're online, that definitely means that it is the sasser worm. You can get the saser worm virus tool on microsofts website. However, if you can not do this since your computer shuts down online, have somebody burn the remover on a cd, do not worry it is free. I have the remover tool saved on my computer. So if you want it just pm me

Definitely some kinda worm of virus. Maybe even an incomplete Windows install (?). The symptoms of hardware problems are drastically different then those you listed, so I would rule that out
The first thing I would do is get Avast (download.com), install it, and let it run after restart. If it finds nothing, get spybot and run that (don't forget to update both programs)
If nothing works, just reformat the HD again. Make sure you COMPLETELY format, so everything is deleted
BTW, is your computer overclocked? I'm assuming no, but this could also be the problem

What does "overlocking" mean? By the way, thanks for helping. =] I'm trying to crack down on this problem.

If you don't want to read through that whole link, in short, it's basically tweaking your hardware to perform better than factory/stock settings. Those factory/stock settings actually tend to be lower than advertised in many cases.
Some side effect of overclocking are overheating (could be the cause of application freezing), excess power consumption and even physical hardware damage. There's more of course.

It seems like you have some kind of virus/worm/etc. which is strange considering you said you reformatted your computer recently. You sure you actually reformatted it?
