Mozilla vulnerabilities are patched much quicker than ones found in IE. Also, hackers focus much more on IE. Just because the vulnerabilities are there doesn't mean people want to exploit them.

You could say the same thing about Linux/Macs. They have very little viruses/worms/trouble because most hackers don't feel like messing with them. They want to attack Microsoft.

I agree, look at the patches for firefox that come out as soon as a major exploit is uncovered. How many years do you think it'll take for IE to get patched?

I still don't think they've rebuilt the now defunct favorites system in IE 7 yet.

That article does not give the full story. IE's holes are whales compared to Firefox's holes.

Well damn... Hopefully, the Firefox included on my Debian Linux distro is fairly secure. Time to "apt-get upgrade", I guess.

As of my Windows Firefox.. I guess I'll take a chance.

If Firefox was more popular than IE and hackers focused more on it bigger holes would be found. But theres not so im sticking with firefox for right now and i like the way it looks and controls
