The NHS Forum/Discussion board was made for anyone in NHS (and anyone else who wants to know about NHS) who has a question or two and wants to address all of NHS instead of emailing random people their inquries.
People can also post comments and suggestions - anything at all - on a forum.
Now you tell me, Raymond, how that compares to emailing the secretary.
I'm just trying to reduce your workload, but if you want I can foward everyone's questions to you instead...
