No they've been there for a long time, no one really notices them becuase our school is so delapidated that holes in the walls are a common thing, so no one really looks into them.

Oh the school isn't in that bad disrepair and the only reason for that is bcuz the DOE is retarded and it takes forever to get permission to do anything.
