For last year, the requirement for entering as a Junior (for senior year) was to have 100 hours of community service, I think an 85 average (but I might be wrong), past experience in clubs (perhaps as a leader) and an essay (forget our topic). I'm pretty sure these things won't change much. As for when you can apply, I'd check the NHS office (now a cubicle in 1W9) or ask Mr. Kaelin as to when to apply, though I think applications are probably due by the end of May.
Mony, or Drugsummit, or anyone in NHS, please correct any wrong information.

Applications will be soon available. Tycoonboy's info is correct.
App. consists of a recommendation and the aforementioned essay, 85 avg., and 100 hrs of service, and previous club membership.
