Next week, many juniors have applied and signed up for interviews for Chairperson/ Officer positions!

Even though all of us might not be there every day to interview you, I (and I am sure all of the other officers would think so too) thought it would be a good idea to say good luck to everyone applying! (I know some people visit this site!)

That being said, bringing chocolate chip cookies is always a plus!

Good luck to everyone who applied for a position! Be yourself in the interview! Thanks for showing interest!

note for the humor impaired- NOT a true story, although I have been known to tell it before, when offered (jokingly, I hope, but I have never taken it further) bribes for answers or better grades.

My father is a judge (that part is true) In one case, he was offered a bribe of $1000 from one party, and $1500 from the other party.

Being a fair man, he returned $500, and judged the case on its merits.

Learning from him, I too, have a firm policy on bribes, of accepting them, but not acting on them. Feel free to donate to my cause, it will not affect your evaluation/grade one point.

This also applies to emotional bribes, such as complimenting me on my appearance or brilliance. Although such comments are always welcome, they will not affect your grade.
