Everyone knows them, everyone loves them, they're the scores from movies repeatedly used in movie trailers. What are your favorite musical arrangements for movie scores and a few tv ones as well. (yes scores, which means that there shall only be music listed that was performed by an orchestra)

My fav's in no particular order

Theme from Stargate
Theme from Superman (John Williams)
Theme from Batman (Danny Elfman)
Theme from Terminator 2 (James Cameron)
Star Wars Main Title (John Williams)
Across the Stars (John Williams)
Duel of the Fates (John Williams)
Imperial March (John Williams)
Leia's theme (John Williams)
Theme from Schindler's List (John Williams)
Olympic Fanfare (John Williams -1984)
Theme from Dragonheart
Theme from Braveheart
James bond theme
Theme from Rocky (Gonna fly now)
O' Fortuna (Wanger, from Excalibur, also known as the "guiness beer music)
Top gun Anthem
The Diva Dance (from the 5th Element)
Winter overture (Requiem for a dream)
Benny Hill theme
Theme from Young Frankenstein

what are yours?

None of which are actually scores. :P

I'd add the various B5 themes in there.

Have a very nice day.

Imperial March definitely....its so simple to play yet so eloquent in its tone and sends the listener the picture its trying to portray

"Stargate
Schindler's list "

Damn, this is a pain in the ass to choose. I love both of them, but I think I will vote for Schindler's list.

For me it's Schindler's List and titanic... Schindler's list... it was just amazing.... Titanic... the music for me was dramatic yet in an odd way comforting at the same time.
