I was bored so I decided to check if walmartsucks.com exists.

I was in for a funny surprise. Go to the site and check it out!

lol, walmart probably bought up all sorts of domains to simply redirect to their site. We even bought the .net and .com domains to let it redirect to our page.

that's some smart advertising. You know that there are a lot of people who are against your store, or rather corporation, so you create a website that some people are bound to go to and you redirect them to your main site. That is genius. Maybe that's one reason that Walmart, as a corporation, is succsesful.

That's what Brangelina did, too. They bought up all sorts of websites to protect their baby. There's a site counting down until TomKat's baby is legal. And, btw, I hate all these celebrity compound names...

It really is. When we first were founded, the .com domain was a porno site. (We probably lost a lot of site traffic because of that.) Eventually, a web advertisement company took it and our webmaster seized on it when it first became available.

I don't remember that one since I always typed .org from the start. I had to say that BTHSNews had some very good promo fliers in the Freshman year!

Back on topic, I believe Verizon also registered "verizonsucks.com" in the years before.
