EDIT: APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE IN THIS THREAD... SCROLL DOWN.

Hey guys,

I know some of you have been waiting for a while, but the NATIONAL BETA CLUB Applications for the 2006-2007 school year are now available! Go to 7E4, Mr. Williams' room. If he is not there for any reason, you can try room 6E9, and make sure to ask Mr. Khan, the BETA advisor. There's another teacher in the room and I'd appreciate it if you don't go into the room if another teacher is teaching there. There are only two teachers using that room... if it's a female teacher, she doesn't know about the applications, so wait until you see a male teacher there.

TELL YOUR FRIENDS! Due 9/28!
DATE CHANGED: The new deadline for BETA applications will be Tuesday, October 3rd.

If for any reason you are unable to get the application from either of the rooms, PM me.

For those who aren't sure of what BETA is, it's basically a community service club. Members go around helping various organizations with various things, including soup kitchens, Special Olympics, and many other things. (Remember, though, that hours are required for joining the club.) You meet a lot of people through the club, whether it be from meetings or helping out at events, and you feel great afterwards because you really feel liek you made a difference. (It also looks good for college, which is a plus LOL) I love BETA, fo sho, and you all should join this beautiful club that esong27 (great person haha) is leading!

(And if any of you know me, I have some applications, so ask me for one!)

Here is the application in PDF format. For kicks, most of the second page can be filled out in Acrobat Reader for you lazy people. You should see a prompt on the top that allows you to highlight the fillable fields - that's pretty helpful. Note that only numbers can be inserted into the OSIS and phone number fields, so just type them in without formatting them (it's automatic)

I've tested this on a second machine, so it should work for anyone with Acrobat 5.0+

Enjoy. :P

I realized this week is absolutely insane because the whole first-test-of-the-year-week is taking place... now. So we'll take in the applications on Tuesday. Since you guys have all of Monday to work on it, no late acceptances will be taken forrrrreal now.

Good luck everyone. And remember, don't hesitate to PM me if you have any questions.
