hey, its almost April already and BETA havent really had any big events....when are we going to have them?
Also, for those events like senior citizen's prom, junior league, etc.... do we have to sign up by email too????? because then a lot of people cant go.....and so far the only events are like soup kitchens which are so hard to get, and there is no events for the spring break except soup kitchens which are only allowing like 2 or 3 people for one day which makes it harder to get them. Is there anything else planned for spring break?

Those events are coming in April and May. The Spring events are mostly outdoors and although spring is here, I guess it's not officially warm enough to get these activities started. The officers and chairpeople are working hard on these events, don't worry, you all will be able to fulfill the point requirements by the end of the year.

If you are having trouble getting spots for soup kitchens, please check your EMAILS!! We have openings for days during the spring break. Let the chairperson know that you cannot make it to weekend soup kitchens and you will be given priority.

Spring Events:
Senior's Citizen Prom
Junior League
You Gotta Have Park
Special Olympics

And for these, no you won't have to sign up via email. We'll be signing people up for these events at the next meeting, April 17.

are these events limited like soup kitchens or are they much bigger so that anyone can sign up and it isn't a race?

These events are not limited, in fact we WANT a lot of people for these because they're big events. It looks bad when only 5 members or so show up for an event. These events are actually a lot of fun, so we encourage you guys to bring a friend along, but more of this will be discussed at our next meeting.
