Are you just posting stories, or are you going to be commenting on the news that you post. Right now, it just looks sparse, and the content is pretty empty. But keep going, don't stop so soon. Build off the critiques you get.
It's much easier being politically incorrect.

Your first step should be to ditch your *.tk domain. Unless you're doing something seriously illegal (and I don't even mean regular illegal, I mean the hard core stuff), then you shouldn't be using one.

A lot of ISPs block them anyway. RoadRunner didn't unblock *.tk sites until about two years ago.

Work out the layout, it really is nothing right now.
Oh, and while it might get you into the search engines, it looks horrible to have your meta tags as your title.

Spelling and grammar counts if you're serious about getting people to look at your site. Period.
Also, if you are even just somewhat serious, get some cheap hosting and a domain. GoDaddy tends to email me with some new discounted offer every other day, usually starting right AFTER I buy a domain.

Fix your links. Some of your links just bounce back to the homepage.

And lastly and most importantly...your content. If you want to differentiate, then you better damn well have some interesting stories that I can't get elsewhere. All you're really doing now is reposting stories off Breitbart. And while the blogosphere is run by editors finding and reposting articles, the best ones are the ones that a) first post the news B) offer commentary on said news or c) both

GoDaddy makes things pretty simple (except when you're renewing, but that's another story...). All you really gotta do is find an available domain (preferably a dot com, as mentioned earlier certain TLDs have poor connotations to them) and register it. The fee is something like $8 a year on average plus hosting which can be shopped around or bought off GoDaddy as well. Actually my recommendation would be to stick to one registrar and host to save you the hassle of dealing name servers.

NHS uses InMotion hosting for their site and YEA uses DreamHost.
