guys installed a full version of kapersky internet security 7.0 and now i cant access youtube. no what is the issue?

Uninstall Kapersky?
Its probably because Kaper is blocking youtube because it views it as a threat to your computer. Try going in to the settings of Kaper and seeing if it blocked any sites and set the Internet Secuirty option to like medium or if thats even a option.

I had the same issue, and this is how i solved it,
open the anti virus, and go to protection options, the proactive defense and disable it
you should be able to use youtube after, not that's its worth using anyway
