how do junoir year schedules work. i mean i know that there are classes you have to take for all 4 years (assuming no extra classes taken in Middle School) but would everyone have a 2-10 or 1-9 schedule?

Not neccessarily. If you complete your foreign language requirements, or your science requirements this year, you'll probably have a 2-9, 1-8, or 3-9 schedule in junior year. The classes the class of 2010 will definitely have Junior year are english, gym, math, their major classes, and some social studies class. Your schedule will also depend on your major. Some majors take up three of your periods in junior year, like law and society. It also depends on whether or not you choose to have lunch, or whether you remain in your music class.

Yes, with parental consent.

Not having lunch isnt really that great. You wont be able to hang out with some of your friends or crash for a period. I considered not having lunch but, it would be too much to go 8 periods straight without a break.

I agree with Nick.

Not having a lunch period is a REALLY BAD idea. We- students- need a break during the day- even if its just to socialize, catch up on homework, get some sleep time in. Parents sometimes feel like they should CRAM as MUCH as they can get their child to cram into their schedule.

The adverse affects of not having a lunch pile up...

AP French is one period long, taking up a space like French 3. Do you have a major that has 3 periods in junior year, like Electro-Mechanical or Aerospace?
