I think it's a stupid conflict for land/territory. I've haven't heard about any recent news since the beginning of the war. Unless it's over. =O

I'm really not sure what to think because the media on both sides (ie: American and Russian) is so biased. Nor do I understand the politics of the Ossetia region. The one thing I do know is that the US and Russia are basically using that region to play tug of war.

Another fun fact is that Russia raided airfields where Israel was apparently building up it's supplies to base a Iran attack from to make the travel shorter and to not need U.S. permission to fly over Iraq to reach Iran from Israel, they ended up retrieving Israeli supplies and unnamed surviellence drones and such. A little more than US and Russian tug of war.

I know he is a tyrant. Russian News. He wants to remake the Russian Empire. Although, he is legally the Prime Minister, he hold all the power, not the President.

My dad who lives in Russia called me today and told me about how Russians are really confused on why the US is choosing Georgia over Russia.
They're pretty hyped up over settling the conflict though.

I like how America had the gall to tell Russia to pull out of Georgia. Like it's any of our business.

There is no real such thing as good or evil in war.
Or anything for that matter.

Personally I dont think U.S should be involved at all.
