I've been looking into joining NHS Junior year (maybe even next year if I can get enough community service hours) but I don't quite grasp what Leadership means? Do we get one leadership for every term we're in a club? For example, if I'm in SDG club for Term A, Term B, Term C and Term D and in Chess club for Term E, does this mean I would have a 5 for leadership?
