I swore it allowed me to download stuff earlier just with my bths.edu email address(it's common for such sites just to check for the edu tld).

Program building, VS is good for making programs, i think websites also. Its use full to know how to program in C#, which VS allows u to do.

I also heard that Windows 7 might be provided in dreamspark. I was also interested in this but some how some way I got in.
