I really hope it doesn't look like a complete piece of poo though, since I'm getting it for the Wii.


It's the only newest generation console I have, since I have every Nintendo console since the NES (except for the SNES...)
I mean, I have Rock Band 2 for the Wii and it looks fine, it may not have incredible graphics like the 360/PS3, but it looks nice to me.
My Guitar Hero games for the Wii, however... Look like total crap.
I hope The Beatles: Rock Band will hold onto it's awesome art quality as it's carried over to the Wii.

The Opening Cinematic looks amazing and it shows just how artistic the venues are, especially the "dreamscapes".
(Anyone know how to embed videos? I've been trying to figure it out, but... No luck. )

The Wii's graphics are alright, I just hate how the loading screens and starting screens of my Wii games are in HDTV format but when I actually start playing, it goes back to SDTV format. It makes it seem like the money spent on the HDTV goes to waste.

Tried the demo at Best Buy... it's okay I suppose, I won't be getting it though. Only games I plan on getting anytime soon are God of War 3, Cod:MW 2 and MAG.

I'd like to try God of War 3, but I'm probably not going to buy it because of how shameful God of War 2 was. It was too long and the story was so stupid.

Guitar hero on the wii? well what are the differences of play other than on the Xbox?
Other than the wii graphics given to you, or maybe the suckish graphics of the game in general? maybe id like it to be alot more realistic

Yeah, compared to the other systems, the Wii's graphics definitely aren't that great...
Guitar Hero on the Wii looks like crap. Absolute crap. Like I've seen better stuff on the Gamecube. Rock Band, however, looks much better. It's probably due to their styles, since Guitar Hero aims for a more realistic look while Rock Band has slightly more cartoonish looking characters.

And usually, a couple features are stripped away from the Wii version in GH and RB (I hear RB1 on the Wii didn't even have the create a rocker feature), although in their more recent titles, the Wii version seems to be getting the same features as the 360 and PS3.

Oh, I played Rockband on my cousin's Wii for the first time... I must say I suck; only did well on the warm up songs at easy level xD It improved my rhythm though

lol, the first time I played GH in a Best Buy, I sucked, but I got better by the time I had to stop hogging the gameee. ;D

And yayy, Abbey Road is out to download! The only song I really like that's out to download is Oh! Darling, but the trailer for the songs are making me want to download the whole album...
