Too strict?! I liked the fact that it was quiet. Infact, I would have preferred that they kept EVERYONE quiet so I could actually listen. After some time I got tired of not being able to hear due to others talking, and I decided i'd just stop listening. I ended up falling asleep for one VP's speech.

Haha, I wonder what type of Q's they'll ask you all, and if they'll be the same

Well, they were going to ask questions, but we ran out of time. Sucks, cause thats what I wanted to see. I was hoping for some random debate to end up into a fight, ofc that wouldnt happen, but I can hope, right? xD

In all honesty, I wanted to see them answer questions to see how they would react onspot. Theres a huge difference when you're infront of 1500 people and when you're responding to an email. Email = not so much on spot.

Yes, an e mail is a lot more impersonal than a live interview, and there isn't as much pressure on the candidate instead of creating an answer at that moment. You can take your sweet time responding to it guys lol
