Yeah, I've been wondering about that room too. Unfortunately, I don't know anybody that knows anything about it.

I know something about it. Hopefully it's correct as it had only been passed to me through a junior while we killed some time in SAT prep.

The AV tech club is a club... that fixes computers, laptops, printers... and other kinds of technology. They spend their lunch period going to rooms setting things up/fixing. They also get elevator passes (to move around equipment). Oh, um, in the summer, they spend their days there playing games C:

Until last year, it was known as Mouse Squad, but they renamed it due to there being no affiliation at all with the actual program throughout the nation. We fix computers, printers, laptops, configure projectors, etc. We get an elevator pass printed on our ID cards to signify our affiliation with the club and to use the elevators to move equipment (of course that is the sole reason we would ever use our special elevator privileges). You can come in in the summer to work, for pay.

Currently I do not believe Tech Squad is seeking new members; I know for sure that period 6 does not need any more. Liju, one of the people in charge, does not particularly want any more members due to some of our members acting very stupid, and abusing privileges, stealing, etc. You could always try to apply, however. Just go into the room and ask Gavin/Liju/Felix if you can join.

Is there anyway that you can join club because I was in a club like this last year and I miss it. Are there any limitations?

8 Credits per term, and apparently if you go after-school everyday, it counts as an additional grade into your AVG. (According to a member)

:o

I wish I was good with technology and not such a lazy bum. But I am. So oh well.

Sounds like an awesome club to join if you're even remotely into things like that.
