My signature was removed by an administrator because it caused display problems with the site's CSS.

your subject teachers will give out the applications at the end of the school year .
the only exception for rising sophomores [ i am assuming that youre a freshie right now ] last year was chem honors , which had to be done online .

Since my teacher(English) won't recommend me for Sophomore Honors.. wonder if I can still get in.

you can possibly get an application yourself at the english department ..
but yeah .. if you apply for it and meet the requirement youll most likely get in .
a friend of mine didnt even apply for it but now hes in english honors o.o
