It's the same thing. On the top of the fee waiver, you check whether you want to use it for one regular SAT or up to 3 SAT IIs.

Nope. You only get one and it goes towards which ever test you want.

*DoodleKid's Stupid Question Time*

Where do we go for a fee waver, who do we talk to, and what do we do after we acquire the fee waver?

You get it from the college office in 7S2, I think. They'll hand you a yellow slip with a code on it. When you register for a SAT exam using the college board website, you just type in the code instead of having to pay $29.

One? Unless somehow the school changed the policy, there is no way they're only allowed to give you one a year. That's simply not true.

"Eligible students receive a total of four fee waivers during their academic career—two for the SAT and two for the SAT Subject Tests." from the Collegeboard site.

I received two junior year and took 2 SATIIs and an SAT. I know of many people who ended up taking the SATs multiple times with waivers.

Tech only has a limited supply and in order to serve all the students who qualify, rules may deviate.

Regardless, one is absurd. How do you expect the bright students to take the SATIIs the following year.
Besides, they totally did not check who was eligible for a fee waiver.
