...I really...
...really...
...really...
...wish I had either learned about this earlier or had the time to do it...

*sigh*
Stupid work load that I both don't like and will barely help my future is keeping me from this.

-EDIT-
Just finished looking over the rules... Looks like I might have the time to do this since it's just asking for a concept, but what do they mean when they say 15% of the criteria will be based on "Age Appropriateness"? Because I do have a few comic ideas in mind, but they're mostly set in dark, gloomy, apocalyptic worlds...

I was actually doing some scholarship search today and ran into this. I would have posted it if I saw it earlier. But Im sure youll have time- a little more than 2 weeks.

I had a feeling you were going to be interested, especially from your username.

Im assuming that "Age Appropriateness" refers to no curses, racy or sexual material, etc. 13 year olds will be seeing the winners.

There goes my alternate reality world where WWII lasted longer than it should have, putting the present time in a worldwide state of cold war where every country is incredibly messed up, locked in an arms race and constantly trying to develop the next atomic bomb with the advanced technology gained during this long period of militarization...

Guess I'll have to toss a few ponies in there. PONIESSS!~
