Can Someone help me out? Right now im a freshman and i was wondering if i could sign up for beta as a sophomore after summer vacation, is it possible??? plzzzz help

yeah just do 200 or so hours of community service and you'll be good to go

This is the 2009-2010 BETA application. Take a look.
The requirement was 150 hours for applying during your sophomore year. I dont know if the requirement will change.
