I smell freshie!
You need to take 3 years of language class. You need to fulfill all of NYDOE's art credit requirements.
Music class...? I'm pretty sure it can. otherwise, why would you have both DDP and Music? Also, DDP is a required course for freshmen and music class is optional.

DDP is a required class in Tech - take it, and pass it. It's not hard. It's not rocket science. It may seem confusing at first but the pace that the class goes is slow enough for you to understand if you do the work that you are suppose to.

99% of the time, it's not the limited intelligence of the student that causes failure, it's the stupidity of being lazy.

Music is optional and and require auditions before programming is done in the summer. There was a posting on BTHS.edu regarding this before the year ended in June.

Haha, now that I think about it, there's almost no class in Tech that genuinely requires you to be smart to get a high grade in. Just gotta do your work and study :P

Half to make up for the 1 semester you failed.
