So of course an executive of a magazine company will DEFINITELY know how to manage the nation's largest school system!

What bothered me was the Mayor's speech about how Cathie Black has managed the budget in her company in tough times and that is what he admires from her and believes will help her lead the DOE...Last I checked, schools aren't businesses. We need people who have experience in classrooms/administrative positions to lead the schools. THOSE are the people who KNOW what schools NEED.

As usual...politics.

They ruin America!
So to quote, "Politicians gives you guys, the students of America, EASY EASY EASY PEASY tests, raising our test scores to make us look GOOD when all it's doing is turning us into a sludge pile falling behind the other countries.".
