Hello!

I know there is a spreadsheet for College Admission Results for Class of 2009 but I'm wondering if there's a spreadsheet for 2010? Since acceptance rates and the number of applicants applying have significantly changed since then... And it would be really nice to see an updated spreadsheet instead of relying on one from 2 years ago. >_<;;

Thank you!

We were given one right after school ended.... let me see if I can find it...

The Class of 2010 has graduated!

Approximately 82% of them have opted to attend school in New York State and City in a combination of public and private colleges and universities.

The most popular majors the Class of 2010 intends to pursue in college are as follows:
Psychology (6% of all 2010 students)
Pharmacy (6.3%)
Biological Sciences (8.8%)
Business Administration and Management (10.6%)
Pre-Medicine (12.4%)
Undecided (20%)

"Financial Cost to Household" and "Academic Programs / Majors" were identified by the Class of 2010 as the two factors most dominant in making their choice of which college to attend (35.6% and 33.5% of respondents. respectively).

Attached please find TWO PDF files. One has the admissions statistics for ONLY the Class of 2010, the other has the cumulative admission statistics for the last four years (including this year which had the most respondents of all years). Parents and students, especially Juniors, are urged to review these documents and to use these results-- as well as national statistics found on CollegeBoard.com-- to help make well informed decisions about what colleges may be the the most suitable matches for application.

More complete and detailed BTHS college admission statistics can be found via the College Lookup and College Match features through students' Naviance accounts.

You can't expect to do everything, but there is everything to be expected.

Is there a spreadsheet that shows more? Like where each applicant applied and his or her SAT scores, GPA, etc.

As far as I'm aware the results for each applicant were not shown this year.

The closest thing to that would be naviance, but that's for every class from 2006-2010.
