This is one way of creating a program that displays the message "Hello World" in C++ :

#include <iostream>
using namespace std;

int main()

    cout << "Hello World!" << endl;

}

Umm, yes it can- Python!

Of course, C++ is cancerous and you should kill it in favor of something like C, Python, or C#, even.
