I'm not the greatest player, but I am at least decent when playing. In your opinion, how difficult is it to become a starter on the JV football team?

We can't really see your skill on the forums or the way you describe it may not be reflected accurately. I would suggest that you try out to find out. That is the only way which is why this team in particular has try outs. If you don't make it just practice on the skills that you need to touch up on and try out again.

Because this is the JV team, the coaches don't expect you to be star NFL players so even if you "sucK" but show the coaches that you are a promising team player you may get on. There is also football camp before school starts to get you acquainted with the team and also to prepare you for the season!

Oh, okay. I'll get all the information in the Summer Open House, right?

You are DEFINITELY going to see me there if they haven't changed the policy of having volunteers.
You will be assigned tutors for the day. All questions can be asked then, if the administration haven't changed how the open house will be done.

Does JV even have tryouts? I know when I joined in freshman year your "tryout" was actually making it through the half a year of weightlifting as well as the summer camp. Gotta say though those workout sessions were intense, 3-3.5 hrs of really heavy weightlifting/intense cardio.

I don't know, all I did so far was contact the coach, so I was added to the email list for notifications and announcements.

I play football SOMETIMES to, but i reframe from playing because i am a clumsy boy and i will ge hitt in the face with the ball. Which is why i avoid sports because i have no sense of balance and my face is too pretty to be hit in the face like im some muscle line backer. lol

Thank you... can't really tell if that's sarcasm or not, though.
