Anyone know where I can find more information about them? I'm going to have quite a few APs next year and I'm just wondering which ones have the best/easiest teachers and how much work we would have to do in each of them? Also how are the teachers like for each of them? Thanks :)

I have journalism right now so I can give you a good idea of that but I have a vague idea of other electives from my friends. Teachers for English right now:

Journalism:
Fillipelli- She's the only journalism teacher and she's really nice. She assigns a fair amount of work but she's lenient sometimes and she'll let you make up work. If you pick her, you know you'll have a good English teacher for senior year.

AP LIT:
Schott- He's funny, fun to talk to, but it's like any other AP class.

Short story-
Lerhman- apparently the English department version of Acuri
Ree- He's strict I heard but a lot of my friends who have him like him a lot.

Love Lit:
Zipper-I had her two years ago, she's really nice but gets mad if you don't do the homework. She assigns a lot sometimes it seems, but they're pretty easy. Just a little long sometimes.

Gothic:
DeWitt-I had her last year and she was pretty chill. And I heard she still is. She gives work sometimes but it isn't too difficult. And there projects once in a while. Gothic is pretty much reading about the dark stuff, love, death, etc. Frankenstein and Hamlet are part of the course if I remember correctly. I sort of found journalism boring, so if I had to go back, I'd pick DeWitt. She's really nice and she's somewhat hip haha

Pick the class you want based on the content - not the teacher. Teacher programs are tentative in June and not finalized until August when programming is completed.

If we pick yearbook, do we have to submit an application? I am confused because it says on the application that "Yearbookis an English class, for credit. Students can ONLY be enrolled by Ms. Sullivan."
