The requirements can still change and depends on how many people apply. Like if only 10 people in a certain grade apply for CSA and all are interested, there would be no need for an interview since all the spots are filled up.

And if you ever have any problems with the requirements or anything, as Nicky said, talk with the COSA in 7C1.
