Serena was my fav teacher by far. she went out of her way to help me thru troubles that made me quit twice. while i graduated in 78, i think its a shame there is not one note here about her.

i guess you folks dont do anything here but bull!@#$...

That really sucks, I think there's no mention of her mainly because most of the people active on this forum are either current students or incoming freshmen. And since the administration is fairly new its unlikely that they knew Ms. Bowbrowsky too well if at all. I'm sure if some of the older alumni see this than they'll know who she is. With that being said, I'm sure she was an excellent teacher and hopefully she's in a better place.

I do not recall the school being notified of her passing. Our usual protocol is to notify the Alumni Foundation when a former faculty member passes.
