You don't need to get a book and and teach yourself the entire subject of trig, that's just overkill. I believe there is an shsat book, Princeton, I think that had two chapters specifically for 9th graders but that's about it.
As for other topics suggested above, you can find them in old math A Baron regents books in the library.
The test is not really harder for 9th graders, it's just that there are less seats available.

Your middle school does for the 8th grade one. High school counselor for 9th grade.

Nonetheless, just go to your guidance counselor before the end of September and you should be able to get one, to be safe ask next week after the beginning of school rush has died down and everyone is down with their schedule changes and such.
