Which side are we supposed to go in from?
Will it be crowded?

Just were the security guards point to. And usually there will be a big line at the designated entrance.

On any normal day, everyone enters from the middle of the building on the Fort Greene Place (West) side.

On the first of school, the freshmen and seniors enter through the Fort Greene Place side and sophomores and juniors enter on the So. Elliot Place (East) side of the building.

Actually, for the first day of school everyone will be entering through the west side doors. (All of them, not just the center ones) Since no one will be swiping in on the first day.

I thought only freshmen and people who lost their IDs would be the only ones not swiping.
Also, SGO and NHS members will be placed around the school and first floor to help direct you if you need help.

Nope, Ms.O'Hara told us at an SGO meeting a few days ago that we'll just have all the doors open and no swiping into the building, this only applies for the first day.

And yes, any freshmen reading this- on the first day of school outside of school as well as in the first floor lobby, anyone wearing a Brooklyn Tech H.S. shirt is there to help. If you don't know how to get to your prefect or even don't know what your prefect is, ask any of us and we'll help.

No swiping on the first day? Phew, I was afraid it'd get frustrating for those people (like me) who lost their IDs over the summer.

No swiping on the second day for you, since you'd have to get Temp ID while waiting for a new card to be printed.
