Hello Technites!

As the last days of summer pass, we at BTHSnews are busy planning the upcoming school year to be a successful one for our club.

And as we enter our 10th year of being a part of the Tech community, we remain dedicated to being Tech's #1 student resource for the school and beyond.

I'm glad to announce that we are now looking for members to join our family for the 2011-2012 school year!

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for dedicated students of all grades who are passionate about the Tech community.

If you are interested in journalism, reporting, photography, current events, videography, or online media - we're looking for you!
We're an open family so any member who wishes to join can come and see what we're all about, including freshmen.

How do I join?
Stay tuned, we will have information on joining up on the site and the forums within the next few weeks!

I signed up at club fair last year and I type my email into the laptop but you guys never emailed me back :(

I'm not sure what happened last year with recruiting overall since I wasn't part of that group but this year I'll make sure we keep in touch.

Yes, clubs technically "start over" every year since a new form has to be submitted and officers have to be reassigned and such.

Sure you didn't mistakenly write @bths.com? Some people instinctively put .com when they sign up.

Im an incoming freshman at Brooklyn Tech and i am pretty good at video editing. Also, i dont mind recording the videos either. how do i join??

I can record and edit, some experience in after effects and vegas pro. I can also photoshop to some extent.
