2.Gateway students have to take Bio again no matter what, I have many friends in Gateway who took Bio in 8th grade, but their freshman year they had to take it again. They actually said they learned more being in Gateway due to the triple period.
3.9th floor is NHS lounge and orchestra. Gateway lounge I'm not too sure, I'll leave that to a gateway kid to answer.
4.You can join as many clubs as you want! Just make sure you have the time commitment and are able to keep up with your school work as well.
5. I'm not even going to ask what that means.

Culture day is a day where people embrace their cultures at Tech. You can dress in traditional clothing if you want.
Club fair I think was in October or November ... don't remember.
If you really needed a map.. look at the simple drawing I made for you

Not transferable. And yes, you're in all of your classes with other Gateway kids unless it's Math or LOTE.
3) What's on the 9th floor and where is the gateway lounge?
9th floor is the NHS lounge, principle residency. Gateway lounge is at the southeast corner of the building. It's on the inner corner of the '8' xMrStrife had made.
4) How many clubs can you join?
As many as you want, but be careful not to overload yourself...
5) When do the narwhals bacon?

That link should answer your question. However, several staff members including the principal have a BTHSnews forum account and are active.

Dont make fun of my MS paint skills!
Your paint skills are very lovely.
On a related note, there are many clubs, some meet two days a week, one a week, biweekly, twice/once a month so how many clubs you join is up to you as long as you can manage your time and afterschool schedule.

Just tell all of your teachers that you're going to be absent, and make sure you bring in a signed doctor's note the following day.

Let teachers know before hand, especially if you have a test the day you are absent so you can set up a date and time to take it, and you may be able to learn what the hw is beforehand, as absences are no excuse for missing homework for many teachers.
The next day you'll have to bring in a doctor's note and there is also an absent note up on bths.edu you'll have to print out where you can attach your doctor's note and your parent signs it. Later you have your teachers sign it through out the day.

Who should I give the absent note and doctors note to?

If it's only for one or two days, don't even worry about it. Just show your teachers a simple note from one of your parents so they know you weren't cutting. Let them sign it and just throw the note out. If they don't believe the note, then let them call your parents.
If it's a serious situation and you're out for a week or more, then you should really contact the school and bring in a real doctor's note.
