you've tried first initial + last name + last 4 digits of osis as the username & osis as the password right?
there will be people on the first day of school around the 1st floor wearing tech/nhs shirts. a handful of them will have a list of students & their prefect, so you can find out then.

Log on to Daedalus if you can. Then look for your prefect and room # at the top-left of the page.
