How could room at Brooklyn Tech be filled when fee waivers weren't distributed yet?

Because the people who take the SAT at Brooklyn Tech don't actually go to Tech, but live in the neighborhood and go to those neighboring zoned schools like Grady or Science Skills

I agree with blackmanor1000, but I chose tech because i was familiar with where everything is located. Trains/buses are always messed up during the weekends, so if you have another school close to you, it might be a better idea to take it there.

Where you end up taking the exam really boils down to personally preferences. Which of these are higher up in the priority for you? (1) Home-field advantage? (2) Proximity to your house? (3) Comfortable room temperature? (a major factor during the winter and the summer!)
As for me, I'd avoid taking tests at Tech during the Summer. I put a higher priority to an air conditioned school than sweating it out in a (usually) dank Tech room especially when I'm dealing with a high-stakes exam.
