Was just wondering if I could move my 9th period class to 1st period. I tried going to the library today but that guy that was handling the lines told me that the people inside weren't able to change my schedule.

So like can I just ask my guidance counselor to see if they can do it they can change my schedule?

I'm amusing you just want to change your 2-9 to a 1-8.

Requirements:

Is first period free for you? If yes, move down.
Is the class available first period? If yes, move down. If no, and that means there's likely tutoring first period and then you cannot take it first period.
Is the class full? If yes, that's why you were probably unable to change your schedule, besides that the change you desire isn't really a priority in comparison to wrong classes or missing classes. If no, you could try talking to your guidance counselor for more information regrading your eligibility to switch your 9th period class to 1st period.
