Not exactly sure when it is, YEA (Young Entrepreneurs Association) plans it every year.
Basically, almost every club/team in the school is represented and each club/team has their own room in the building (usually takes up the whole 5th and 6th floors) And you go around and can go into any of the rooms, the students already in the club/team will be there, and you could ask them any questions or how to join their club/team and they'll give you all the information you need to know. And many clubs/teams bring some stuff that they use to physically show you what they do.

It'll be on the announcements whenever the time comes, no need to worry. The cafeteria would also be pretty filled with clubs/teams doing their own little thing. This probably doesn't need to be said, but it'll be after school.
