Hi,

I was just wondering, since SGO cards are all electronic now. Do we still have to get new ones every semester, every year? Or once we bought one we have it until we graduate?

Buy one for every year for a total of 4 by the time you graduate.

Recording your club credits for your Brooklyn Tech diploma.
They fund clubs and student activities...

Not completely true. That would make up a mere portion of their duties.

Alright, so I bought an SGO card, and the guy there said that they were out of new ones, so he gave me an old one, told me to register it online, and then pickup a new one.

So I registered it, but then I realized, when I exchange for a new one, will it have the same SGO card number?

The person who will be able to answer this question is Mr. Kaelin in Room 7C1. The GO store was directed to sell the old cards for the time being because there has been a tremendous delay in the arrival of the new cards due to the company that manufactures the cards.

Alright, thanks.

One more question, how do I find out how many credits I currently have?

You would have to also inquire the staff in 7C1 to get that information. Because the system is now electronic, your information should be in realtime. If you believe there is a mistake, ask the staff to tell you how many service credits from each club you received and add them up to see if the info has been updated.
