It's either The Hulk or the basilisk from the chamber in the sub sub sub basement.
But srsly. I commend the person(s) who were able to do this for touching the toilet and tolerating the strong odors.

Hulk graduated in 1969. This is the work of a current student. It is depressing and unfortunate that anyone would find this acceptable behavior.
