I just finished making a music video that I did for film class. It's an exaggeration of life at Tech. Take a look. ;) Also, I stole some club videos lol.

You infringe the students rights to privacy by videotaping them w/o their written consent and publicing it on the internet >:/

Unless a parent who's child has been recorded in this video finds it extremely offensive, then I won't mind taking it off. But it's a video of people walking in the halls and doing classwork. Most of the clips don't even show the students' faces. So if you're seriously offended by this video, then... You have issues. :P

And if you want to argue that it's invading their "privacy," once you're in a public space such as a public school, you should expect to have some of your privacy rights "infringed." There's a difference between busting in a stranger's house with a video camera, and recording a school full of students for the sake of a school project.

In addition, if what you say were true then a TON of videos on youtube would be taken off, including this one:


And yes, even this one (assuming the club didn't get written consent from the parents of ALL of the students involved):
