When's the due date for registering SGO cards online? Also, when's the best time to buy a SGO card?
cuz the SGO store doesn't have new SGO cards so they gave me an expired one. Now, I have to wait for the new ones to come in and trade the expired card in. but should i still register the expired card or wait for a new card?
and can we join new clubs for spring term?

You can join new clubs for the Spring term if you like. I don't recall there ever being a date for registering the SGO cards online, try to do it now, see if you can.
I bought an SGO card in the beginning of the year, they told me the same thing they told you. Register it anyway and let's eventually see what happens.
Join a new club, get credits for that term, register the expired SGO card.

I haven't bought a SGO card yet, but I have participated in two clubs since the beginning of the year, does that mean that my credits haven't counted yet? I'd also like to know how many credits do you need by the end of each school year.

They're in the system, but they will be disregarded as there is no SGO card for them.
Just buy one now; they'll still work.
If you're unsure if your credits are counted or not, ask Ms. Yvette in 7C1 when the end of the year comes.
Office hours are open all lunch periods.
