The college will tell you your financial aid package.
You can get out of ED if you cant afford it.
I strongly suggest calling the financial aid office and tell them about your situation. It doesnt hurt to ask and you never know if theyll throw in more money.

It depends on the teacher. But its better to be prepared.
Im sure there are other ways to get the book. Perhaps you can borrow one from a friend.
Another option is to just choose a different book from the list.
