Maybe I can give you some advice concerning the picture if help hasn't been granted. Your student ID is basically a Card with your picture printed on it with your name, and some other information. I remember on my first day, during prefect (homeroom) I did not get my ID card. Just ask your prefect teacher where to go. I ended up going to BW2 or BW4 where there was a line. You wait in line, get your picture taken, and sometime by the end of the day or the next day, you can go and pick up your ID card.
